Abstract

PTK ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kerja sama siswa dalam pembelajaran. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti memberikan solusi dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament untuk meningkatkan kerja sama siswa kelas V SDN X di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model penelitian tindakan kelas dari Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 37 siswa dari kelas V SDN X Kota Bandung. PTK dilaksanakan dalam dua siklua. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa observasi dan studi dokumentasi tentang kerja sama siswa. Pengolahan data kerja sama dengan menggunakan teknik kualitataif dan kuantitatif. Teknik kualitatif terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, penafsiran data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan teknik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata dan presentase dari hasil kerja sama siswa. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. ------ The researched was caused by the low awareness of students’s cooperation in learning. With these problems, the researcher provide a solution by implementing cooperative learning type Team Games Tournament to improve the cooperation of 5th grade students of SDN X Bandung. The method used in this research is practical inquiry model from Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The research subjects were 37 students from class V SDN X Bandung. The research was held twice. Techniques of this research was observation and documentation. Collaborative data processed using qualitative and quatitative techniques. Qualitative technique consist of data reduction, data presentation, data interpretation and conclusion. While quantitative technique using average calculations and precentages of students’s team work. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Team Games Tournament can improve the cooperation skill of 5th grade students of elementary school
