    Abstract

    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya self-regulated learning siswa underachiever. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh profil self-regulated learning siswa underachiever yang dijadikan sebagai dasar perumusan program bimbingan belajar untuk meningkatkan self-regulated learning siswa underachiever kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Baleendah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 151 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan kecenderungan self-regulated learning siswa underachiver berada pada kategori buruk. Rumusan program bimbingan belajar yang secara hipotetik dapat meningkatkan self-regulated learning siswa underachiver di rumuskan berdasarkan kategori self-regulated learning yaitu kategori baik, cukup dan buruk.

    This study was motivated by the low self-regulated learning of underachiever students. This study was aimed to obtain the profile of underachiever students self-regulated learning which be used as the basis for learning guidance program to improve underachiever students self-regulated learning 11th Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Baleendah in 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research approach used in this study was quantitative method. There were 151 respondents as the research sample with the purposive sampling as sample colected technique. The result showed that self-regulated learning majority in 11th Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Baleendah in 2018/2019 Academic Year was bad category. The formulation of learning guidance program which hypothetically could improve underachiever students self-regulated was formulated based on the category of self-regulated learning namely good, moderate and bad categories.
