Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan LKS model SSCS pada pembuatan cat air berbahan alami untuk membangun kreativitas siswa SMA kelas XI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah design research tipe Plomp. Subjek penelitian ini adalah LKS model SSCS pada pembuatan cat air berbahan alami. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas guru, rubrik penilaian jawaban LKS, rubrik penilaian originalitas cat air siswa, dan rubrik penilaian kualitas cat air siswa. LKS yang dikembangkan diuji dengan mengimplementasikannya dalam pembelajaran yang diikuti oleh 28 siswa kelas XI di salah satu SMA di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama uji coba pengimplementasian LKS, aktivitas siswa dan guru termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini disebabkan pada setiap tahapan SSCS siswa dapat aktif dalam pembelajaran mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah sampai membuat produk sebagai solusi dari masalah tersebut kemudian menampilkan produk yang dibuatnya di hadapan guru dan teman-temannya. Di sisi lain, guru juga aktif dalam perannya untuk membimbing siswa selama pembelajaran. Hal ini sejalan dengan hasil penilaian tingkat kreativitas siswa ditinjau dari jawaban LKS dan originalitas cat air yang dibuat siswa termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi serta kualitas cat air siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, LKS model SSCS pada pembuatan cat air memiliki potensi sangat baik untuk dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran materi koloid agar dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa SMA kelas XI. The purpose of this study was to implement student worksheet using SSCS model in the making of natural watercolor to foster the creativity of 2nd grade senior high school students. The research method used is the Plomp-typed Design Research. The subject of this research was the student worksheet using SSCS model in the making of natural watercolor. The research instruments were student activity observation sheet, teacher activity observation sheet, rubric of student worksheet assessment, rubric of watercolor originality, and rubric of watercolor quality. Student worksheet was developed by implementing it in learning followed by 28 2nd grade senior high school students in one of the senior high schools in Bandung. The result of the study showed that during implementation prosess, student and teacher activities were included in the very good category, in which this is because students can be active in learning prosess from identificating problems to making products as the solution of the problem then sharing the products they had made in front of the teacher and friends. On the other hand, the teacher was also active in his role to guide students during the learning prosess. Student's answers of the worksheet and watercolor originality were included in the very high category and the watercolor quality was included in the very good category. Based on these results, the student worksheet using SSCS model in the making of natural watercolor is potentially to be applied in colloidal learning material in order to foster the creativity of 2nd grade senior high school students.
