Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tanggung jawab siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya terletak pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang kurang melibatkan siswa untuk berkontribusi aktif dalam melaksanakan tugas kelompoknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Taggart. Partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 31 siswa kelas V pada salah satu sekolah dasar yang berada di Kecamatan Sukasari, Bandung. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai pada Februari-April 2018. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar observasi tanggung jawab siswa dan catatan lapangan. Analisis data kuantitatif mengunakan statistik deskriptif persentase, sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan tanggung jawab siswa kelas V sekolah dasar.-- This research was based on the low responsibility of 5th grade students in the elementary school. One of the factors lied in the lack of student’s contribution in group task that was held during the lesson class. This study aims to describe the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw type to improve student responsibility of 5th grade elementary school. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) Kemmis and Taggart model. Participants of this study as many as 31 students of class V at one elementary school located in district Sukasari, Bandung. The timing of the study began in February-April 2018. The research instrument used was observation sheet of teacher and student activity, observation sheet of student responsibility and field note. Quantitative data analysis uses percentage descriptive statistics, while the qualitative data analysis using interactive analysis technique that is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the implementation of cooperative learning model of jigsaw type can improve student responsibility of 5th grade elementary school.
