Abstract
Tesis ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran persepsi guru produktif di SMK ditinjau dari aspek konsep dasar operasi komputer, penggunaan aplikasi perkantoran, penggunaan aplikasi internet dan pemanfaatan TIK dalam pengembangan kinerja profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survey kepada 455 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi statistik SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sesuai dengan framework UNESCO, tahapan penggunaan TIK guru dengan rata-rata 3,37 (62%) berada pada menerapkan TIK di kelas. Guru-guru produktif di SMK sudah memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar TIK, serta perlu pengembangan pemanfaatan TIK dalam menunjang kinerja profesional. Literasi TIK tertinggi rentang usia 30 – 50 tahun. Literasi TIK laki-laki lebih tinggi dibanding perempuan. Tingkat pendidikan menjadi perhatian utama dalam menerapkan TIK sebagai sumber belajar. Status kepegawaian non PNS didominasi oleh guru muda dan didukung sarana prasarana sekolah sesuai dengan jenis instansinya.;--This thesis aims to give description about the perception of productive teachers in Vocational Secondary School viewed from aspects of computer operation basic concept, the use of office application, the use of internet application and the utilization of ICT in developing teacher professional performance. This study uses quantitative descriptive with survey method toward 455 respondents. Data are analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 statistic. The study result shows that in accord with UNESCO framework, the stage of ICT usage among teachers has mean of 3.37 (62%). The productive teachers in Vocational Secondary School have possessed knowledge and basic skill of ICT, and they need to develop the utilization of ICT in supporting professional performance. The highest level of ICT literacy is in age span of 30 – 50 years old. ICT literacy of male is higher than female. Education level become main attention in applying ICT as learning resource. Employee status of non-Civil Servant is dominated by young teachers and supported by school infrastructure in accord with its type of institution.
