Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas kerja guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi yang belum efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran, lingkungan kerja guru, efektivitas kerja guru, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah 48 guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Dengan demikian efektivitas kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan lingkungan kerja guru. This research was conducted at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The problem examined in this research is teachers 'work effectiveness at SMK pgri 2 cimahi which has not been effective. This study aims to describe teacher work environment, teacher work effectiveness, and to find out if there is influence work environment on teacher ‘work effectiveness. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents were 48 teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The data analysis technique uses simple regression. Based on the results of the study indicate that the work environment has an influence and significant effect on teacher work effectiveness at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Thus the teacher's work effectiveness can be improved through improving the teacher's work environment.
