    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari disiplin belajar dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanasi (eksplanatory survey), teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 144 siswa dari kelas X di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Dari hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara disiplin belajar dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi yang secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh cukup kuat. ;---
    The problem discussed in this research paper is is lack of students’ learning outcomes on the subject “Kearsipan” at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. This research was conducted to find out the influence of learning discipline and learning style to students’ learning outcomes class X on the subject “Kearsipan” at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi 2018/2019. This research used explanatory survey method, which used questionnaire Skala Likert Model to collect the data. Total sample in this study is 106 students’ from total population 144 students’ from class X Office Administration at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi 2018/2019. And the writer used multiple regression analysis as data analysis technique. From the result of the data and hypothesis testing, it showed that there was an influenced between learning discipline and learning style to students’ learning outcomes class X on the subject “Kearsipan” at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi which silmutaneously and partially has a medium effect.
