Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya tingkat efektivitas peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Dalam hal ini, variabel yang diteliti adalah variabel peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan variabel prestasi belajar siswa. Dimensi yang digunakan untuk variabel peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran, meliputi guru sebagai fasilitator, guru sebagai motivator, guru sebagai pemacu belajar, guru sebagai perekayasa pembelajaran dan guru sebagai pemberi inspirasi. Sedangkan indikator untuk prestasi belajar siswa yaitu nilai akhir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model Skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada responden. Responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 orang siswa dari jumlah populasi 116 orang siswa dari kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan. ;---The problem which is dicussed in this research is the less effectiveness of teacher’s role in learning process toward archives subject in PGRI 2 vocational high school cimahi. This research is conducted to know the influence of teacher’s role in learning process toward eleventh grade student’s achievement in PGRI 2 vocational high school Cimahi. In this case, the variable which is discussed is the variable of teacher’s role in learning process and the variable of student’s achievement. The dimention that is used for teacher’s role in learning process covers the teacher as facilitator, the teacher as motivator, the teacher as learning boosters, the teacher as learning creators and the teacher as inspiration. Whereas, the indicator for student’s achievement is the score of student’s test. This reasearch uses descriptive and verificative method with the technique of collecting data uses enquette Skala Likert design that is shared into respondents. The respondent who is made as the sample in this research is 90 students of 116 eleventh grade student’s office administration in PGRI 2 Vocational High School Cimahi. The technique of analyzing data which is used is simple regression analysis. The conclusion of the research shows that the role of teacher in learning process gives positive influence and significance toward student’s achievement in archives subject.
