Abstract

Perkembangan usaha café di kota Bandung sangat pesat. Maka dari itu, pemilik café atau calon pemilik cafe haruslah mengetahui karakteristik café yang diminati oleh konsumen di kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik café yang diminati konsumen di kota Bandung, dan juga untuk melihat apakah terjadi penyimpangan dari karakteristik-karakteristik yang telah diketahui tersebut. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Configural Frequency Analysis (CFA). CFA dapat ditentukan apakah suatu peristiwa yang terjadi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau terjadi penyimpangan. Tentunya dalam statistika hal yang telah diharapkan tersebut tergambar oleh suatu model. Dalam model CFA ini, tidak melihat pada ada atau tidaknya interaksi antar variabel melainkan akan melihat ada atau tidaknya interaksi antar kategori yang ada pada tiap variabel (konfigurasi). Pada hasil akhir akan diperlihatkan suatu nilai dari frekuensi yang diharapkan, kemudian nilai tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan frekuensi pada pengamatan yang dilakukan. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS-25.;---The growth of café business in Bandung City is rapidly moving. Thus, the owner of the café or the prospective owners should know the café characteristic that is in demand by the customer in Bandung City. This research aims to identify the feature of café that is catching customers’ attention in Bandung City, also to look if there is any deviation from the characteristics that have been found. The author resorts to the Configural Frequency Analysis (CFA) for this research. CFA can determine whether an event happens as expected or any deviation occurs. However, in this CFA model, not at all look at the presence or absence of interaction between variable, but instead, see whether an interaction created or not between categories that exist in each variable (configuration). In the final result will be shown a value of the expected frequency, then will be compared with the frequency of the observations that have been made. All the data processing within this study use SPSS-25.
