Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai tahapan implementasi alat penilaian yang sudah dirancang oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Implementasi alat penilaian praktik manual polishing yang dilakukan di SMKN 15 Bandung merupakan alat penilaian yang telah diuji dan layak digunakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian payung dengan produk luaran penelitian berupa alat penilaian salah satunya alat penilaian kinerja pada praktik manual polishing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengimplementasikan alat penilaian dan mengetahui hasil capaian praktik manual polishing yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik di SMKN 15 Bandung. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik perhotelan 3 sebanyak 34 orang dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel total. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat penelian yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil akhir serta diperoleh capaian praktik yaitu pada tahap persiapan peserta didik sudah sangat sesuai dengan alat penilaian yang dirancang sesuai SOP, pada tahap pelaksanaan sudah sangat sesuai dengan alat penilaian yang dirancang sesuai SOP, dan ditahap akhir peserta didik juga sudah sangat sesuai dengan alat penilaian yang dirancang sesuai SOP. Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu penelitian dengan judul peningkatan hasil alat penilaian kinerja pada praktik manual polishing, bagi guru Akomodasi Perhotelan alat penilaian dapat digunakan kembali untuk mengukur ketercapaian peserta didik. The implementation of a manual polishing practice assessment tool conducted at SMK 15 Bandung is an assessment tool that has been tested and is suitable for use. This research is an umbrella research with product output in the form of an assessment tool, one of which is a performance assessment tool on manual polishing practices. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The purpose of this study is to implement an assessment tool and find out the results of the achievement of manual polishing practices carried out by students at SMK 15 Bandung. The population and sample used in this study were all hoteliers 3 as many as 34 people and the samples used were total samples. The research findings show that the research tools which included three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and final results as well as the achievement of practice that is at the preparation stage of students is very in accordance with the assessment tools designed according to the SOP, at the implementation stage it is very appropriate designed according to the SOP, and in the final stage students have also been very in accordance with the assessment tools designed according to the SOP. Recommendations that can be conveyed to the next researcher are research with the title improving the results of performance appraisal tools on manual polishing practices, for Hospitality Accommodation teachers assessment tools can be reused to measure student achievement.
