Abstract
ABSTRAK Budaya daerah yang mulai ditinggalkan oleh generasi muda disebabkan karena perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju dan membawa dampak positif dan negatif, menjadi latar belakang dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PjBL terhadap kemampuan berfikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi Budaya Tradisional sebagai Potensi Wisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif di MAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperiment dengan desain Non-Equivalent Groups pretest-posttest Designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini, seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPS MAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, LKS, tes, dokumentasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil prestest dan posttest peserta didikdi kelas eksperimen, sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model PjBL, (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil prestest dan posttest peserta didik di kelas kontrol, tanpa menggunakan model PjBL, (3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kreatif di kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL, dan kelas kontrol tanpa menggunakan model PjBL, (4) Hasil produk kreatif budaya di kelas eksperimen berupa ukiran Jam Gadang, gelang rajut, miniatur Rumah Gadang, lukisan baju, dan makanan tradisional kalamai, dan (5) Tanggapan peserta didik positif terhadap penerapan PjBL. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan PjBL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi Budaya Tradisional sebagai Potensi Wisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif di MAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi. Bardasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan kepada guru mata pelajaran geografi untuk dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL sehingga peserta didik dapat berinovasi dan berkreasi dalam mengemukakan ide-ide kreatif mereka, salah satunya melalui media projek. ;---The culture of the area that is being abandoned by the younger generation is due to the increasingly advanced technological developments and bringing positive and negative impacts, the background of this research. This study aims to determine the effect of PjBL on the creative thinking ability of learners on the material Cultural Tourism as a Form of Creative Economy in MAN 1 City Bukittinggi. This type of research is Quasi Experiment with Non-Equivalent Groups design pretest-posttest Designs. Population in this study, all students class XI IPS MAN 1 City Bukittinggi. This research uses Purposive Sampling technique that is class XI IPS 1 as experiment class and class XI IPS 2 as control class. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, LKS, tests, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used statistic with SPSS version 20. The result of this research shows that (1) there are difference of prestest and posttest result of the students in experimental class before and after using PjBL model, (2) there is difference of result of prestest and posttest of learners in class control, without using the PjBL model, (3) There is a difference of creative thinking ability in experimental class using PjBL learning model, and control class without using PjBL model, (4) The result of creative culture product in experimental class in the form of Gadang Jam engraving, knitting bracelet, miniature Rumah Gadang, painting clothes, and traditional kalamai food, and (5) Positive learners response to the application of PjBL.. The conclusions of this research indicate that there is influence of PJBL applying to the creative thinking ability of learners on the material of Cultural Tourism as a Form of Creative Economy in MAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommends geography teacher to be able to use PjBL learning model so that learners can innovate and be creative in expressing their creative ideas, one of them through media project.
