Abstract

Inti dari pendidikan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self regulated learning. Suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model project based learning terhadap kemampuan self regulated learning peserta didik pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan dengan menerapkan konsep model project based learning pada tiga puluh orang peserta didik sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan tiga puluh orang peserta didik sebagai kelompok kontrol untuk mengetahui dampak self regulated learning peserta didik. Melalui desain pretest posttest control group design dan instrumen pengukuran yang diadaptasi dari Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnare (MSLQ) self regulation learning diantaranya pemikiran, kinerja dan refleksi diri. analisis uji paired t-test menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model project based learning memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan self-regulated learning peserta didik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan di sekolah perlu dikondisikan dalam suasana pengalaman belajar dengan pembelajaran berbasis proyek.-----The core of education is to increase self regulated learning ability. A reseach that aims to determine the effect of project based learning model on the self-regulated learning students on learning physical education sports and health by applying the concept of project based learning model to thirty students as experiment group and thirty students as control group to know the impact of self regulated learning of students. Through pretest posttest control group design design and measurement instruments adapted from Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnare (MSLQ) self regulation learning such as thinking, performance and self reflection. Analysis of paired t-test shows that the implementation of project based learning model gives a significant influence on the of self-regulated learning students. This reseach shows that the teaching of physical education sport and health in schools needs to be conditioned in an atmosphere of learning experience with project-based learning.
