Abstract
Pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk tenaga kerja diperlukan guna mengoptimalkan kompetensi tenaga kerja sehingga menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang efektif dan efisien dalam bekerja. Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat dicapai dengan cara memaksimalkan efektivitas dan efisiensi perusahaan yang bisa ditempuh melalui pengembangan pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk tenaga kerjanya. Namun masih ada dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan belum sesuainya kompetensi yang harus diberikan pada tenaga kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya: Mengetahui kesesuaian Kompetensi Mekanik engine Alat berat di PT. Trakindo setelah pelaksanaan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Training). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode observasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah tenaga mekanik di PT. Trakindo. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase kesesuaian kompetensi mekanik setelah pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Training) untuk kompetensi keseluruhan mencapai 99.12%. Di mana persentase tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori seluruhnya sesuai, tetapi ada beberapa indikator kompetensi yang belum dilaksanakan mekanik yaitu pada kompetensi pertama dengan persentase kesesuaian 96,3 % dan kompetensi empat dengan persentase kesesuaian 95.83%. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa persentase kesesuaian Kompetensi mekanik di PT. Trakindo setelah pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan termasuk ke dalam kategori sesuai berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia.---Education and training for the workforce is needed to optimize the competence of labor so as to produce an effective and efficient workforce. Improving the quality of human resources can be achieved by maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the company that can be pursued through the development of education and training for its workforce. But still in education and training has not reached the competence that must be given to the workforce. The purpose of this study include: Knowing the achievement of Mechanical Engine Competence Heavy equipment at PT. Trakindo after the implementation of Education and Training (Training). The method used in quantitative descriptive research with observation method. The sample of this research is mechanical power in pt.trakindo. Data collection techniques using questionnaire observation. The results showed the percentage of achievement of mechanical competence after the implementation of education and training (Training) for the overall competence reached 99.12%. Where the percentage into the category of all achieved, but there are several indicators of competence that has not been implemented mechanical that is on the first competence with the percentage of achievement 96.3% and competence four with the percentage of achievement 95.83%. This research can be concluded that the percentage of achievement of mechanical competence in PT. Trakindo after the implementation of education and training included into the category achieved.
