Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan, yaitu (1) mengidentifikasi bentuk perilaku prososial siswa; (2) menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam pengembangan perilaku prososial siswa.; dan (3) menganalisis kesulitan guru dalam mengembangkan perilaku prososial siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian ini ialah siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Tahapan analisis data adalah (1) menyiapkan data mentah; (2) coding; (3) mengklasifikasikan kode; (4) menafsirkan data; dan (5) penyajian data. Validitas data mengacu pada masalah kualitas data dan ketepatan metode yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan penelitian. Validitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi, member checking, dan expert opinion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku prososial yang muncul pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar adalah menolong (helping), berdermawan (donating), berbagi (sharing), bertindak jujur (honesty), dan kerjasama (cooperating). Upaya guru dalam pengembangan perilaku prososial siswa yaitu pemberian motivasi, modelling, penegakkan tata tertib, dan aksi sosial. Selanjutnya, kesulitan guru dalam pengembangan perilaku prososial siswa meliputi (a) keterbatasan guru untuk memantau perilaku prososial siswa; (b) kurangnya kerja sama guru dengan orang tua siswa dalam pengembangan perilaku prososial; (c) kurangnya pengawasan orang tua terhadap perilaku prososial siswa.-----This study has three objectives, namely (1) identify the form of student's prosocial behaviour; (2) analyse the efforts made by teachers in the development of students' prosocial behaviour; and (3) analysing teachers 'difficulties in developing students' prosocial behaviour. This research uses qualitative approach with the case study method. Participants of this study were students, teachers, and principals. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and document analysis. A data analysis technique used in this research is a thematic analysis technique. Stages of data analysis are (1) preparing raw data; (2) coding; (3) classify codes; (4) interpret the data; and (5) data presentation. Data validity refers to the problem of data quality and the accuracy of the methods used to carry out the research. The strategy used in the validity of data in this study using triangulation, member checking, and expert opinion. The results showed that the prosocial behaviour that emerged in grade V of elementary school students was helping, donating, sharing, honesty, and cooperating. Efforts of teachers in the development of students' prosocial behaviour is the provision of motivation, modelling, law enforcement, and social action. Furthermore, teachers' difficulties in developing students' prosocial behaviours include (a) teacher limitations to monitor students' prosocial behaviour; (b) lack of teacher cooperation with parents in the development of prosocial behaviour; (c) lack of parental supervision of students' prosocial behaviour
