Abstract

Skripsi penciptaan yang berjudul ”LAKON SANDIWARA SEBAGAI SUMBER GAGASAN BERKARYA SENI LUKIS “BERGAYA KELIR” DAN UPAYA PELESTARIAN BUDAYA DI INDRAMAYU” mengambil sebuah gagasan tentang lakon sandiwara yang diaplikasikan dalam bentuk karya seni lukis bergaya kelir, tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa dalam lakon sandiwara tidak terlepas dari cerita pada masa zaman kerajaan atau cerita babad daerah tertentu. Dalam rumusan masalah, terbagi menjadi tiga rumusan masalah yaitu : (1) bagaimana proses mewujudkan karya seni lukis bergaya kelir sandiwara di Kabupaten Indramayu, (2) bagaimana wujud lukisan bergaya kelir sandiwara di Kabupaten Indramayu, (3) Bagaimana analisis karya seni lukis bergaya kelir dengan gagasan lakon sandiwara di Kabupaten Indramayu. Skripsi penciptaan ini ditujukan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada semua masyarakat Indonesia bahwa Indonesia itu kaya akan ragam dan budaya, contohnya di Kabupaten Indramayu ada sebuah pagelaran sandiwara, pada bagian background (latar) sebagai penunjang lakon berupa kelir. Sebagai warisan budaya khas Indramayu kita wajib melestarikan budaya tersebut. Dalam penciptaan ini penulis melewati beberapa tahap metode penciptaan seperti ide, stimulasi, kontemplasi, berkarya seni lukis, berkarya seni lukis bergaya kelir, dan diakhiri dengan analisis visual. Pada karya penciptaan ini penulis menciptakan empat buah karya lukis bergaya kelir dengan konsep yang berbeda-beda, yaitu karya pertama menggambarkan suasana perbatasan wilayah yang diperkuat dengan adanya objek identitas wilayah, karya kedua yakni sebuah tempat yang menggambarkan suatu perjalanan yang gersang dan bangunan rusak, karya yang ketiga yaitu suasana di halaman keraton yang indah dan nyaman, dan karya yang terakhir yaitu menggambarkan suatu tempat dalam ruangan keraton untuk singgasana raja. Keempat karya ini menggunakan warna polikhromatik dan dibuat dengan posisi landscape dengan didominasi oleh garis lengkung dan garis lurus. Dari keempat karya yang sudah dibuat, semua berukuran 600 cm x 300 cm. Keempat karya lukis bergaya kelir ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi semua masyarakat dan karya ini dapat dijadikan inspirasi dan motivasi. -------- Essay creation titled " OF A PLAY AS A SOURCE OF IDEAS WORKS OF ART “KELIR STYLE” AND CULTURAL PRESERVATION EFFORTS IN INDRAMAYU " taking an idea about of a play that is applied in the form of paintings stylish kelir, can’t be denied that in the play the play can’t be separated from stories during the time of the kingdom or stories chronicle certain areas. In the formulation of the problem, divided into three formulation of the problem, namely: (1) how the process of realizing paintings stylish kelir plays in Indramayu, (2) how the form of painting stylized kelir plays in Indramayu, (3) how the analysis works of art stylish kelir with the idea of a play in Indramayu. Thesis creation is intended to provide insight to all the people of Indonesia that Indonesia was rich in diversity and culture, for example in Indramayu there was a performance of a play, in the background as a supporting act in the form of kelir. As Indramayu typical cultural heritage we must preserve the culture. In the creation of the writer passed through several stages of creation methods such as ideas, stimulation, contemplation, work of art, works of art kelir style, and ends with a visual analysis. In the work of creation, the writer created the four paintings stylish kelir with the concept of different, ie the first work describes the atmosphere in the border region are reinforced by object identity area, the work of both that is a place that describes a journey that is barren and damaged buildings, works the third is the atmosphere in the courtyard of the palace are beautiful and comfortable, and the last work that describes a place in the room of the palace for the king's throne. These four works using color polikhromatik and created by the landscape position to be dominated by curved lines and straight lines. Of the four works that have been created, all measuring 600 cm x 300 cm. Fourth-style paintings kelir is expected to benefit all communities and this work will be an inspiration and motivation.
