Abstract

Tes keterampilan berpikir kritis memiliki fungsi informasi sebesar 30,14 dengan standard error of measurement (SEM) sebesar -0,83, daya pembeda (a), tingkat kesukaran (b), dan tebakan semu (c) dengan kategori “baik”.;---Critical thinking skill is one of the skills that must be retained by students to satisfy the graduate competency standards. But, these skills are rarely measured because there are not many instruments are created to measure that skill. This study was conducted to get the description about test characteristics based on item response theory. Characteristic criticall thinking skill test are known based on instrument test developed by researcher. This study used Research and Development (R&D) method. The instrument test had been validated by experts with the result shows that the test is valid and qualified to be tested. The trial tests were conducted to 75 students in one of senior high schools in the Bandung city. Then, the results were analyzed using item response theory by utilized eirt program version 2.0.0. The result shown the 3PL model is an appropriate model for characteristic critical thinking skill instrument test. The critical thinking skill test have the information function about 30.14 with the standard error of measurement (SEM) about -0.83, distinguishing (a), level of difficulty (b), and guess pseudo (c) the category of "good".
