Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penerapan permainan tradisional oray-orayan dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan pengembangan nilai kerjasama siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peningkatan kebugaran jasmani dan nilai kerjasama siswa. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kebugaran jasmani dan nilai kerjasama siswa yang dibuktikan dari hasil studi pendahuluan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus yang terdiri dari empat tindakan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 siswa kelas V pada salah satu SD Negeri di Kota Bandung yang diambil melalui teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui lembar observasi kebugaran jasmani dan kerjasama. Dari hasil observasi awal menunjukan nilai rata-rata hasil persentase kebugaran jasmani yaitu 63,41% dan sikap kerjasama 41,80%. Selanjutnya, hasil siklus I tindakan I dengan nilai persentase kebugaran jasmani 70,73% dan sikap kerjasama 51,55%. Kemudian hasil siklus I tindakan II dengan nilai presentase 73,17% untuk kebugaran jasmani dan 61,70% untuk sikap kerjasama. Nilai tersebut masih belum memenuhi target peneliti yaitu 75%. Selanjutnya, hasil siklus II tindakan I dengan nilai presentase 78,04% untuk kebugaran jasmani dan 69,46% untuk kerjasama. Kemudian, hasil presentase pada siklus II tindakan II kebugaran jasmani 80,48% dan kerjasama 78,55%. Dari rata-rata presentase tersebut menunjukan bahwa kebugaran jasmani dan nilai kerjasama siswa mengalami peningkatan. The research was applying a traditional game oray-orayan to improve physical fitness and students’ development of cooperative value. The aim of this research was to investigate whether there was any improvement of physical fitness and students’ value in cooperating. The background of this study was the lack of physical fitness and students’ cooperative value as evidenced from the results of preliminary studies. The method used in the research was classroom action research of two cycles consist of four actions. The subject of the research was 41 students of fifth grader in one of public Elementary Schools in Bandung taken by random sampling technique. The data collection in this research through physical fitness observation sheet and cooperation. From early observations showed the average value of the results of the physical fitness percentage score was 63.41% and attitude of cooperation score was 41,80%. Then the results of the cycle I action I with physical fitness percentage value 70,73% and the attitude of cooperation 51,55%. Then the results of the cycle I action II with the value of the percentage 73,17% for physical fitness and 61,70% to the attitude of cooperation. The value is still not meet the target researchers namely 75%, then the results of the cycle II action I with the value of the percentage 78,04% for physical fitness and 69,46% for cooperation. Then the results of cycle II action II the percentage of physical fitness was 80,48% and cooperation was 78,55%. From the average percentage show that physical fitness and the value of the cooperation of the students has increased.
