Abstract

Lembar kerja siswa berbasis kreativitas dalam pembuatan makanan berdasarkan jenis koloid busa padat bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian komponen LKS berbasis kreativitas dengan indikator kreativitas, syarat konstruksi dan teknis LKS, serta respon siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode evaluasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan kegiatan yang meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap pelaporan. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan mengkaji literatur, penyusunan LKS dan penyusunan instrumen lembar validasi. Tahap pelaksanaan berupa tahap validasi LKS kepada 5 validator serta uji coba kepada 15 orang siswa yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok. Tahap pelaporan berisi analisis hasil validasi, menyusun LKS yang telah disempurnakan serta membuat simpulan. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini di antaranya lembar validasi konten, lembar validasi konstruk serta lembar validasi ekologis. Teknik pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan skala likert dan interpretasi persentase Riduwan. Hasil lembar validasi konten, konstruksi dan teknsi serta ekologis terhadap LKS berbasis kreativitas sangat sesuai untuk digunakan berdasarkan interpretasi Riduwan. Berdasarkan penemuan ini diharapkan LKS berbasis kreativitas untuk siswa SMA kelas XI dalam pembuatan makanan berdasarkan jenis koloid busa padat dapat diterapkan pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. ABSTRACT The creativity-based worksheet in food making with solid colloidal type of foam aims to knowing the suitability of the cretivity-based worksheet component with the creativity indicator, construction and technical requirements of worksheets and student respons. Research method that used in this research is evaluation method. This study consists of three stages of activity. Among which consists of the preparation stage, implementation and reporting stage. At the preparation stage, what researcher done is reviewing the literature, preparation worksheet and validation sheet instrument. At the stage of implementation is student's worksheet validation to 5 validators and test to 15 students that divided into 3 groups. Reporting stage consist of analyze the result validation. Preparing student worksheets that have been refined and made a conclusion. The instrument used in this research is the content validation sheet, construct validation sheet, And technical ecological validation sheet. Data proccessing techniques used in this research is likert scale and percentage interpretation Riduwan. Content validation, construction and ecology result from validator to creativity-based worksheet, highly suitable to use based on interpretation Riduwan. Based on this discoveey, hoped that the creativity-based student worksheet for students in grade XI in food making with solid colloidal type of foam can be apply in learning procces.
