Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya mutu pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kabupaten Gresik, salah satunya dilihat dari perolehan rata-rata nilai ujian sekolah yang mengalami penurunan. Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru Profesional disebutkan sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 182 responden. Supervisi klinis kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran dengan nilai korelasi 0,622, kinerja guru profesional memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,632, supervisi klinis kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru profesional secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,639. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah 1) Supervisi klinis mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, oleh karena itu jika ingin meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan, kepala sekolah hendaknya mampu membimbing, mengarahkan, menjalin komunikasi yang lebih efektif serta menjadikan guru sebagai mitra melalui pengoptimalan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis demi meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, 2) Dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, kinerja guru profesional juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, oleh karena itu guru hendaknya terus berupaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja profesionalnya, selalu meningkatkan pengetahuannya dalam pembelajaran dan ikut berperan serta secara aktif dalam pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan melaui seminar, KKG, pelatihan maupun dalam pembuatan karya ilmiah, 3) Bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik meneliti supervisi klinis kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru profesional terhadap mutu pembelajaran, alangkah baiknya untuk memilih cakupan yang lebih luas dan melakukan penelitian secara mendalam. Kata Kunci : Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Guru Profesional, Mutu Pembelajaran The background of this research has not been effected by the optimal quality of learning in elementary schools at Gresik , one of them seen from the average acquisition value test of the last years ago. Principal Clinical supervision and professional teacher Performance is mentioned as one of the factors that affect the quality of learning. The methods used in this research is descriptive method quantitative approach. The sample in this research totalled 182 respondents. Principal clinical supervision providing positive and significant influence towards the quality of learning with the value of the correlation 0.622, professional teacher's performance gives a positive influence and significantly to the quality of learning with the value of the correlation of clinical supervision 0.632, principal and teacher professional performance together gave a positive influence and significantly to the quality of learning with the value of the correlation of 0.639. Recommendations this study is 1) Clinical supervision has significant influence in the improvement of the quality of learning, therefore if you want to improve the quality of learning in an institution, the head of the school should be able to guide, direct, establish a more effective communication as well as make teachers as partners through implementation of the optimization of clinical supervision in order to improve the quality of learning, 2) In improving the quality of learning, teachers ' professional performance also has significant effects, therefore the teacher should constantly strive to improve professional performance , teacher should continue to strive to improve professional performance, always increasing knowledge in learning and participate actively in the development of sustainable seminars, KKG, training as well as in the manufacture of scientific papers. , 3) For further researchers who are interested in researching the principal clinical supervision and performance of the teacher professional quality of learning, it will be good to choose a wider coverage and conducting research in depth.
