Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peningkatan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran atletik melalui pendekatan bermain, karena kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar lari jarak pendek atletik. Sehingga membutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran dan salah satunya adalah pendekatan bermain.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan desain model rancangan kemmis and Mc. Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah kelas VII MTSS I’anatut Thalibin yang berjumlah 22 siswa.. Instrumen penelitian sebagai pengumpul data menggunakan teknik observasi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan statistik deskriptif bahwa hasil pembelajaran lari jarak pendek menggunakan pendekatan bermain menunjukan peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 72,00% sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 92,00% menunjukan peningkatan 20,00%. Adapun data hasil ketuntasannya siklus I 72,72% sedangkan siklus II 90,91% menunjukan peningkatan 18,19%. Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa lingkungan yang disituasikan dalam situasi permainan oleh seorang guru dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar. ---------- This study aims to find out about the increase in student motivation in athletic learning through play approach, because the lack of motivation of students in learning to run athletic short distance. So it takes a learning approach and one of them is the play approach.. The method used in this research is a research method class action with the design of the model of the design of kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subject of the research is of class VII MTSS I'anatut Thalibin which numbered 22 students.. Research instrument as a data collector using the technique of observation. Based on the results of the calculation of the use of descriptive statistics that learning results ran a short distance using the approach play shows an improvement in the cycle I of 72,00% while on the cycle II of 92,00% shows improvement of 20,00%. The data results of learning in line with the cycle 72,72% while the cycle II 90,91% shows improvement of 18,19%. From the results of research, researchers found that the environment that situations in game by a teacher can increase the motivation to learn.
