Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh dari impelementasi program layanan BK/TIK terhadap ketercapaian literasi TIK guru dan siswa. Program layanan BK/TIK itu sendiri merupakan sebuah layanan yang dilakukan oleh Guru TIK yang berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Tahu 2014 tentang peranan guru TIK dan KKPI dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013. Sedangkan literasi TIK Guru dan Siswa yang ingin diketahui merupakan kemampuan guru dan siswa tersebut dalam memanfaatkan TIK pada proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan begitu pada penelitian ini terdapat 2 (dua) sasaran layanan penelitian yang ingin diteliti yaitu guru dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan model desain penelitian One-Shot Case Study. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) Implementasi program layanan BK/TIK sudah sangat baik pelaksanaannya, hal tersebut didasari dari perolehan data hasil penelitian implementasi program layanan BK/TIK untuk responden guru yang memiliki nilai dengan 85% dan untuk responden siswa dengan nilai 88.26% 2) Pencapaian literasi TIK pun sudah sangat bagus mengingat data pencapaian literasi TIK guru sebesar 91% dan literasi TIK siswa dengan nilai 85,3%. 3) Lalu untuk pengaruh program layanan BK/TIK (X) terhadap literasi TIK guru (Y1) sebesar 0.996% dan pengaruh program layanan BK/TIK (X) terhadap literasi TIK siswa (Y2) sebesar 0.613%.;---This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of the implementation of BK/TIK (guidance and counseling / information and communication technology) service programs on the achievement of teacher and student ICT literacy. The BK/TIK service program itself is a service performed by ICT Teachers who are guided by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia of 2014 on the role of ICT and KKPI teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. Meanwhile the achievement of teachers and student ICT literacy that want to know is the ability of teachers and students in utilizing ICT in the process of learning activities. Therefore the research has 2 (two) service goals to be studied that is teacher and student who are in the area of the school. This research use Quantitative Research Method with One-Shot Case Study design research model. The results of this research are: 1) Implementation of BK/TIK service program has been very good implementation, based on data acquisition of research results of BK/TIK service program implementation for teacher respondents who have the value of 85% and for student respondents of 88.26%. 2) Achievement of ICT literacy is already very good considering the data acquisition of literacy ICT teachers with a value of 91% and ICT literacy students with a value of 85.3%. 3) And then the effect of implementation service program of BK/TIK (X) on teachers ICT literacy (Y1) who have the value of 0.996%. And the effect of implementation service program of BK/TIK (X) on students ICT literacy (Y2) who have the value 0.613%.
