Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi program TPM-Kurikulum 2013 PAUD dalam meningkatkan sikap disiplin anak di TK Yayasan Amal Keluarga. Adapun subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu tiga guru, lima wali murid dan 21 anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan pada sikap disiplin anak setelah diterapkannya program. Adapun perubahan sikap disiplin anak yang terlihat yaitu meliputi disiplin memasuki ruangan, disiplin di dalam kelas, dan disiplin di luar kelas. Faktor pendukung meningkatnya sikap disiplin anak diduga karena faktor dari penataan lingkungan belajar dan media pembelajaran poster.Penguasaan guru dalam mengimplementasikan program terlihat cukup bagus. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan juga dirasa cukup membantu anak dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplinnya. Adapun kelemahan implementasi program yang di lapangan yaitu terkait fasilitas yang belum memadai dan kualitas media yang dirasa perlu perbaikan. ; This study aims to determine and describe how the implementation program of TPM-2013 Curriculum on Early Childhood Education in improving discipline kid’s attitude in Kindergarten of “Yayasan Amal Keluarga”. Subjects that involved in this study are three teachers, five parents and 21 childrens. This study use qualitative research method with case study of research approach. Technique of data collection use observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis in this study use thematic analysis. The results shown that there is a change in discipline of children after program implementation. The change in discipline of children was seen include that discipline to entered the classroom, discipline in the classroom, and discipline outside of classroom. The supporting factor of increasing discipline kid’s attitude suspected asstructuring factor in learning environment and instructional media of poster.Teacher mastery in implementing the program was seen quiet good. Instructional media that used also help children to developtheir discipline attitude. The weakness of program implementation in the field is related to facilities thatinadequate and media quality perceived need improvement.
