Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas permainan lari berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berlari pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III di SDN Tilil 1 Kota Bandung berjumlah 33 siswa, yaitu 19 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, melalui aktivitas permainan lari berdampak positif terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar lari. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan pada pra siklus hingga siklus II. Begitu pula nilai rata-rata hasil penelitian telah meningkat. Pada siklus I tindakan I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 54,50%, setelah diadakan tindakan II perolehan nilai meningkat menjadi 60,60%, pada siklus II tindakan I meningkat lagi menjadi 69,60% dan pada siklus II tindakan II kembali meningkat menjadi 78,70%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: aktivitas permainan lari dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berlari siswa sekolah dasar, seiiring dengan meningkatnya ketertarikan siswa dalam belajar keterampilan berlari yang lebih variatif. _ ; _ The purpose of this research was to determine how the activity of a run game influences on the running skills of elementary school. The method used in this research is a class act. Research subject is a third grade student at SDN Tilil 1 Bandung totaling 33 students, is 19 men and 14 women. The data were taken using a sheet observation. Base on the results of research, through the game to run a positive impact on the skills of basic. It can be seen from an increase in pre-cycle to the second cycle. Similarly, the average value the results of research have increased. In the cycle of action of the average value of the 54, 50%, after being held for the actions of the acquisition value of increased to 60, 60%, the cycle of action I increased to 69, 60%, and the cycle of action II return increased to 78, 79%. From the results of research can be concluded that: the activities of the game run can improve the skills of running an elementary school student, with rising the increasing interest of students is learning the skills to run a more varied.
