    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meredesain konten dan strategi pembelajaran kimia di SMA pada topik konsep reaksi redoks berdasarkan pengikatan dan pelepasan oksigen. Reaksi redoks merupakan salah satu materi kimia yang sulit dipahami oleh peserta didik berdasarkan tuntutan kurikulum yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis materi esensial pada topik konsep reaksi redoks berdasarkan pengikatan dan pelepasan oksigen dari tiga silabus kurikulum serta sembilan buku ajar kimia SMA kelas X baik dalam maupun luar negeri, analisis data kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada topik konsep reaksi redoks berdasarkan pengikatan dan pelepasan oksigen pada empat jurnal penelitian baik dalam maupun luar negeri, serta analisis strategi pembelajaran pada 18 dokumen Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang digunakan oleh guru. Hasil analisis silabus kurikulum dan buku ajar pada topik konsep reaksi redoks berdasarkan pengikatan dan pelepasan oksigen diperoleh tiga materi esensial diantaranya materi inti, percobaan, serta aplikasi reaksi redoks. Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah strategi pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, pendekatan saintifik, serta metode demonstrasi dan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut diperoleh suatu Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran topik konsep reaksi redoks berdasarkan pengikatan dan pelepasan oksigen.

    This research aims to redesign the content and strategies of learning chemistry topic about redox reaction in terms of transfer oxygen concept in high school. Based on demands curriculum, redox reaction is one of the chemistry topic which is difficult to understand by students. This research was conducted analyzing the essential material of redox reaction in terms of transfer oxygen topic from three syllabus curriculum, nine chemistry high school grade X textbook both inside and outside the country, four data analysis difficulties about redox reaction in terms of transfer oxygen on both inside and outside the country, and analysis of learning strategies in 18 documents of lesson plan used by teacher. The result of the analysis of curriculum syllabus and textbook, there are three essential material which is core material, trial, and application of redox reaction. Learning strategies used are guided inquiry learning model, scientific approaches, and demostration and discussion method. Based on the result of the analysis there is a lesson plan that can be applied in teaching the topic of redox reaction in terms transfer oxygen topic.
