Abstract

Perilaku siswa SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung dalam berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat masih dirasa belum optimal, khususnya pada perilaku konsumsi jajanan sehat dari kantin sekolah masih banyak siswa yang mengkonsumsi jajanan secara sembarangan tanpa memperhatikan nilai gizi dan kebersihannya. Dan penanganan sampah di lingkungan sekolah yang tidak tepat, masih banyak siswa yang membuang sampah sembarangan. Kajian masalah dalam penelitian yang penulis lakukan mengenai Self Control dalam Berperilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Pada Siswa SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Self Control Siswa dalam Berperilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat mengenai konsumsi jajanan sehat dan membuang sampah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling berjumlah 82 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa cukup memiliki self control dalam perilaku konsumsi jajanan sehat dari kantin sekolah dan perilaku membuang sampah. Rekomendasi diajukan kepada siswa agar dapat meningkatkan self control dalam berperilaku sehat menuju kehidupan yang lebih baik dan sehat.

Conduct of students SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung in behave clean and healthy living still it is not yet optimal, especially on conduct snacks consumption more sad than canteen school. Still a lot of students who consumes snacks carelessly without regard to the value nutrition and sanitation. And waste management in the school environment, still many students littering. The problem of this study in the research is conducted by the author about the self control in a clean and healthy behavior of the students at SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung. This study aimed to obtain of self control in a clean and healthy behavior regarding the consumption of healthy snacks from the school canteen and throwing the garbage and left-overs properly into the disaggregated dumpsters in the school environment. The method used for this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling that shows samples of 82 people. The data collection technique uses the questionnaire instrument. The results showed enough respondents of self-control on the consumption behavior of healthy snacks from the school canteen and behavior of throwing the garbage into disaggregated recycle bins in the school environment. Recommendations are given to students in order to improve their self-control in deciding a course of action towards a better healthy life.
