Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian secara umum, “apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan?”. Secara lebih khusus rumusan masalah terdiri dari “(1) Bagaimana hubungan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan aspek kualitas kerja?; (2) Bagaimana hubungan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan aspek kuantitas kerja?; (3) Bagaimana hubungan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan aspek penggunaan waktu kerja?; (4) Bagaimana hubungan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan aspek kerjasam dengan rekan kerja?;”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random sampling, jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang. Berdasarkan kesimpulan umum dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan. Adapun kesimpulan secara khusus menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan pada aspek kualitas kerja; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan pada aspek kuantitas kerja; (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan pada aspek penggunaan waktu kerja; (4) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja lulusan pelatihan pada aspek kerjasama dengan rekan kerja;---This research purposed to answer the problem formulation research in general, "is there a positive and significant correlation between curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance?". More specifically formulation of the problem consists of "(1) How correlation between curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of work quality?; (2) How correlation between curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of work quantity?; (3) How correlation between the curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of using work time? (4) ) How correlation between the curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of cooperation with teamwork?. This research used a correlational research methods with quantitative approach. The instrument used questionnaire. The sampling technique is random sampling, number of samples are 45 people. Based on the general conclusion in this study, suggests that there is a positive and significant correlation between curriculum implementation of competency based training. The conclusions specifically indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of work quality; (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of work quantity; (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of using work time; (4) There is a positive and significant correlation between curriculum implemetation of competency based learning with alumnus’s performance the aspect of cooperation with teamwork.
