Abstract

Produktivitas sekolah harus selalu di tingkatkan, sekolah tidak boleh stagnan berada pada zona nyaman dengan produktivitas rendah karena hal ini akan berpengaruh kepada kualitas output itu sendiri, maka dari itu semua komponen yang dapat membuat produktivitas sekolah meningkat harus di perhatikan, di antara yang mempengaruhi peningkatan produktivitas sekolah adalah faktor kepemimpinan autentik dan iklim kerja. Untuk itu maka perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor tersebut berkontribusi terhadap produktivitas sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas sekolah di SMP kota Mataram NTB. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana gambaran kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah; 2) Bagaimana gambaran iklim kerja sekolah; 3) Bagaimana gambaran produktivitas sekolah; 4) Seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap produktivitas sekolah; 5) Seberapa besar pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas sekolah; 6) Seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas sekolah.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Unit analisisnya adalah 35 SMP di kota Mataram dengan populasi respondennya 1620. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 responden yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan wali kelas dan guru yang menjabat di struktural sekolah yang berada di lingkungan SMP kota Mataram NTB. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial yaitu Uji normalitas, linieritas, korelasi dan regresi.Hasil penelitian pada variabel kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah, iklim kerja, dan produktivitas sekolah berkriteria tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas sekolah berkorelasi cukup tinggi positif singnifikan, Pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas sekolah berkorelasi cukup tinggi positif singnifikan. Pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap produktivitas sekolah berkorelasi cukup tinggi positif dan signifikan.Disarankan bagi para kepala sekolah yang ada dilingkungan SMP kota Mataram NTB agar menjaga keseimbangan dalam memimpin sekolah tidak menunjukkan keegoisan yang berlebihan dan menjaga agar iklim sekolah menjadi lebih terbuka dan baik lagi, bagi para guru di lingkungan SMP kota Mataram agar menjaga dan meningkatkan hubungan antara sesama guru harus saling membantu dan bahu membahu dalam bekerja agar tercipta iklim kerja sekolah yang lebih terbuka, sehat dan baik.. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan autentik, iklim kerja, produktivitas sekolah Productivity school should always be improved, the school should not be stagnant are in a comfort zone with low productivity because it will affect the quality of the output itself, and therefore all the components that can make productivity increase in school should be noticed, among which affect productivity improvement school is a factor of authentic leadership and working climate. For that it is necessary to conduct further research to determine how much these factors contribute to the school productivity. This study aimed to examine the influence of the authentic leadership of the principal and the working climate on the productivity of junior high schools in the city of Mataram NTB. The problems of this research are: 1) How is the picture of leadership authentic school principal; 2) How does the climate picture of school work; 3) How is an overview of the school productivity; 4) How much influence on the productivity of the authentic leadership of the school; 5) How much influence the working climate of the school productivity; 6) How much influence the authentic leadership of the principal and the working climate on school productivity. Method used in this research is survey with quantitative approach. The unit of analysis was 35 junior high schools in Mataram city with a population of respondents 1620. The sample used in this study amounted to 106 respondents consisting of principals, vice principals and homeroom and teachers who served in the structural schools in the city of Mataram NTB SMP environment. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis that test normality, linearity, correlation and regression. Research result on authentic leadership variable principals, work climate, and school productivity included in category high and very high. Authentic leadership influence on the productivity of school principals correlated significant positively and high enough, the influence of work climate on the school productivity correlated significant positively and high enough. The influence of the authentic leadership of the principal and climate work together (simultaneously) on the productivity of high school was correlated positively significant and high enough. Recomended for principals existing SMP environment Mataram NTB in order to maintain a balance in leading schools do not show excessive selfishness and maintain so that the school climate has become more open and better yet, for teachers in the city of Mataram SMP environment in order to maintain and enhance the relationship between fellow teacher should help each other and work hand in hand in order to create a climate of school work more open, healthy and good ..
