Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif antara siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan penugasan mind map dan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran melalui implementasi model pembelajaran konvensional dengan penugasan mind map. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling sebanyak 60 siswa terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest) penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat perbedaan signifikan penguasaan konsep antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (sig=0,002 < α=0,05); terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (0,000 < α=0,05 ); peningkatan penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan penugasan mind map lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran melalui implementasi model pembelajaran konvensional dengan penugasan mind map; dan Pada umumnya siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap pembelajaran melalui implementasi model kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan penugasan mind map. Implementation Of Cooperative Learning Models Jigsaw With The Assignment Of Mind Map To Improve The Mastery Of Concepts and Creative Thinking Abilities Of Students. This study aimed to analyze the increasing mastery of concepts and creative thinking skills among students who get through the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw with the assignment mind map and students who get through the implementation of conventional learning model with the assignment mind map.
