Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan unit produksi laundry di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Cimahi sudah berjalan sesuai dengan tuntutan sekolah, akan tetapi pada pelaksanaannya belum maksimal dan belum sesuai dengan Standart Operational Procedure (SOP). SOP merupakan pedoman yang digunakan sebagai tolak ukur proses dalam melakukan pelaksanaan di suatu kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan unit produksi laundry meliputi (1) proses persiapan terdiri dari checking, marking, dan spot removing, (2) proses pencucian terdiri dari washing dan rinsing, extracting, drying, serta pressing, dan (3) proses penyelesaian terdiri dari finishing dan packing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan anggota secara acak dengan jumlah total 65 peserta didik untuk dijadikan responden. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan daftar checklist. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses persiapan berada pada kriteria baik, (2) proses pencucian berada pada kriteria baik, dan (3) proses penyelesaian berada pada kriteria sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan unit produksi laundry berada pada kriteria baik. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan unit produksi laundry proses persiapan dan pelaksanaan harus ditingkatkan, sedangkan proses penyelesaian dapat dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan pada masa yang akan datang. ; The problem in this research is the implementation of a laundry productionunitat SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi already been in accordance with the demands of school, but the implementation is not maximized and not in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). SOP is a guideline or a reference used as a benchmark to practice in an activity. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the laundry productionunitincludes (1) the preparation process consists of checking, marking, and spot removing, (2) the washing process consists of washing and rinsing, extracting, drying and pressing, and (3) the completion process comprises of finishing and packing. The method used is descriptive method. The sample used in this study is using simplerandom sampling by taking random members with a total of 65 learners to be the respondent. The data collection used are interview techniques, documentation studies, and checklist. Results of the analysis showed that: (1) the preparation process was in good criteria, (2) the washing process was in good criteria, and (3) the completionprocess was in very good criteria. Overall the implementation of laundry production unitis in good criteria. Recommendations from this study are the preparation process and the washing process in the unit laundry production should be improved, while the completion process can be maintained and enhanced in the future.
