Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek penerapan strategi creative problem solving (CPS) Treffinger terhadap kemampuan menganalisis dan keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah pada materi kalor. Penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dan deskriptif pada salah satu SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X program keahlian Multi Media semester 2 tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Pengumpulan data melalui tes kemampuan menganalisis dalam bentuk essay objektif dan tes keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah dalam bentuk essay open-ended , lembar observasi, skala sikap tanggapan guru dan siswa. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap kelompok eksperimen yang belajar menggunakan strategi CPS Treffinger dalam model inkuiri terbimbing dan kelompok kontrol yang belajar menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing tanpa strategi CPS Treffinger. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dan uji Mann-Whitney terhadap N-Gain kemampuan menganalisis dan keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah. Dilakukan juga uji korelasi Kendall’s tau terhadap skor kemam-puan menganalisis dan skor keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi CPS Trefinger dalam model inkuiri terbimbing : (1) secara keseluruhan meningkatkan kemampuan menganalisis pada kedua kelompok tetapi peningkatannya tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan, kecuali pada kemampuan mengorganisasi; (2) secara keseluruhan maupun untuk tiap kategori keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah, dapat lebih meningkatkan keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah. (3) Tidak terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan menganalisis dan keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah.(5) Hampir seluruh guru dan siswa setuju bahwa strategi CPS Treffinger dapat melatih keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah, membantu mempelajari dan mengaplikasikan konsep, membantu mengungkapkan gagasan dan berkomunikasi secara aktif dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci : Strategi CPS Treffinger, kemampuan menganalisis, keterampilan berfikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah, inkuiri terbimbing,kalor. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the strategy of creative problem solving (CPS) Treffinger on the analyze ability and creative thinking skills in problem solving in heat subject. Research using quasi-experimental and descriptive in one of SMK in Central Bangka regency. Samples were students of class X Multi Media program membership 2nd semester 2014/2015 academic year. The collection of data through the test's analyze ability in the form of objective essay test and creative thinking skills in problem solving in the form of open-ended essay test, observation sheets, and scale responses attitudes of teachers and students. Research conducted on the experimental group were learning to use Treffinger CPS strategies in the guided inquiry model and control groups were studied using guided inquiry model without Treffinger CPS strategy. Hypothesis testing using t-test and Mann-Whitney test against N-Gain the ability to analyze and creative thinking skills in problem solving. Also conducted correlation Kendall's tau to score the analyze ability and score creative thinking skills in problem solving. The results showed that the implementation of the Trefinger CPS strategy in the guided inquiry model: (1) overall improve the ability to analyze in both groups but the increase did not show any significant differences, except for the organize ability; (2) as a whole and for each category of creative thinking skills in problem solving, can further enhance creative thinking skills in problem solving. (3) There was no relationship between the ability to analyze and skills of creative thinking in problem solving. (5) Almost all the teachers and students agree that the strategy CPS Treffinger can practice the skills of creative thinking in problem solving, to help learn and apply the concepts, help express ideas and communicate actively in learning.
