Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya prestasi belajar kognitif siswa.Dalam penelitian ini penyebab rendahnya prestasi belajar kognitifantara lain disiplin belajar dan konsep diri siswa dengan objek penelitiansiswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran kelas XI di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Kota Cimahi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran disiplin belajar, gambaran konsep diri dan gambaran prestasi belajar kognitif siswa di sekolah tersebut beserta pengaruh antara variabel yang diteliti.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Ekspalanatory Survey yaitu metode untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 52 orang sampel responden yang telah diolah menggunakan rumus penarikan sampel, dan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adapengaruh disiplin belajar dan konsep diri secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Kata Kunci : Prestasi Belajar Kognitif, Disiplin Belajar dan Konsep Diri   The problem concerned in this research is students’ low cognitive learning achievements. The low cognitive learning achievements here are caused, among others, by students’ learning discipline and self-concept. The research took the eleventh grade students of the Office Administration Department of SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi City as its subjects. It aims to find about the learning discipline, self-concept, and cognitive learning achievements of the students and their effects on the variable under research. The research adopted the explanatory survey method, which is a method explaining the effects between variables through hypothesis testing. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire distributed to 52 respondents taken as research sample, and the data were analyzed with double regression analysis. The findings show that learning discipline and self-concept had significant effects on the cognitive learning achievements of the Office Administration Department students at SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi.
