Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Implementasi Rencana Strategik Sekolah Dasar Neger Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah terhadap implementasi rencana strategik sekolah dasar negeri se-Kecamatan sukasari Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 22 Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang menjadi populasi adalah kepala sekolah, Guru, dan Staf Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 78 responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2007. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Terdapat Pengaruh yang Positif dan Signifikan antara Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Implementasi Rencana Strategik Sekolah Dasar Neger Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung” terbukti kebenarannya atau dapat diterima.

The title of this research is "The Visionary Leadership of Principals effect Towards Strategic Plan Implementation in Public Elementary School (Sukasari District of Bandung)". The purpose of this research is to find out the Visionary Leadership of Principals effect Towards Strategic Plan Implementation in Public Elementary School (Sukasari District of Bandung) at 22 public elementary school. The descriptive method and quantitative approaches is the method of this research. Questionnaires is the technique of collecting data, the population are the principal, teachers, and staff Public Elementary School (Sukasari District of Bandung) with total of sample about 78 respondents. The support program of this research is Microsoft Excel 2007. Based on the overall statistics test results, it can be seen that "There is a positive and significant influence between the Visionary Leadership Principal Effect Towards Strategic Plan Implementation in Public Elementary School (Sukasari District of Bandung)" is proved or acceptable.
