Abstract
Pembaharuan kurikulum pendidikan merupakan suatu keniscayaan dalam meningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di era persaingan global.Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti. Secara lebih spesifik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi standar perencanaan, proses dan penilaian pada jenjang SD di Kecamatan Mande Kabupaten Cianjur serta kendala dan faktor pendukung guru PAI dalam mengimplementasikannya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu konsep dasar kurikulum 2013, konsep dasar mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti, implementasi kurikulum PAI dan Budi Pekerti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan instrumen berupa angket dan pedoman studi dokumentasi. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak dengan jumlah 32 guru PAI sebagai responden penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi terhadap RPP responden dan sebaran angket yang terdiri dari 45 item tertutup dan 5 item terbuka.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan guru PAI SD di Kecamatan Mande telah mengimplementasikan standar perencanaan (RPP)dengan skor rata-rata 78% atau kategori baik, standar proses dengan skor rata-rata 78% atau kategori baik dan implementasi standar penilaian dengan skor rata-rata 77% atau ketegori baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan guru PAI sudah mampu mengimplementasikan Kurikulum PAI dan Budi Pekerti dengan baik.Meskipun masih terdapat kendala dan kekurangan pada beberapa aspek yang cukup mencolok, diantaranya pemahaman guru terhadap konsep kurikulum dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana di sekolah. Kata Kunci :implementasi, kurikulum 2013, PAI dan Budi Pekerti Education curriculum reform is necessary for the improvement of human resource quality in this era of global competition. Hence, the present research is related to the implementation of Curriculum 2013 for the subject of Islamic and Moral Education. More specifically, the research aims to find about the implementation, process and evaluation of planning standards at the level of primary school in Mande District, Cianjur Regency, as well as the factors supporting and hindering Islamic education teachers in implementing the standards. The theories used in this research, among others, consist of the basic concepts of Curriculum 2013, the basic concepts of Islamic and Moral Education, the implementation of Islamic and Moral Education curriculum. The research itself adopted descriptive-quantitative approach with questionnaires as the instrument and documentary analysis as the guideline. Meanwhile, sample was taken randomly with a number of 32 Islamic education teachers as the respondents. Data were collected through documentary analysis of respondents’ lesson plans and questionnaire distribution consisting of 45 close-ended and 5 open-ended questions. Research outcomes show that in general primary school Islamic Education teachers in Mande District have appropriately implemented lesson plans, standard process, and standard evaluation with the average scores of 78%, 78%, and 77%, respectively; and based on the gained scores, each of the implementation was categorized as good. These results demonstrate that in general Islamic Education teachers have been able to implement the curriculum of Islamic and Moral Education appropriately, although there were still obstacles and weaknesses in several aspects, among others, in the teachers’ understanding of the concept of curriculum and the inadequate school infrastructure.
