    Abstract

    EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN METODE WRITE AROUND DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS BAHASA ARAB (Studi Eksperimen Semu pada Siswa Kelas XI MAN 1 Kota Bandung). Keterampilan menulis sangat penting dikuasai oleh siswa namun kenyataanya siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengungkapkan pendapat secara tertulis. Masalah diatas diteliti dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan desain nonquivalent control group design, dan intrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah berupa tes ( pretest dan postest). Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan dan pembahasan di simpulkan hasil nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 76.36 sedangkan kelas eksperimen 82.92 dan ini menunjukan nilai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode write around lebih tinggi dibanding kelas yang tidak menggunakan metode write around. Dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik didapat nilai 0,171 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Oleh karena itu “ efektivitas penggunaan metode write around dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis bahasa arab siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Bandung tahun ajaran 2014-2015” dapat diterima.

    The Effectiveness of Using Write Around Method in Increasing Arabic Writing Skill (Quasi-Experiment Study of Students in XI class at MAN 1 Kota Bandung). Writing skill is very important to be mastered by students, however in the real situation students mostly experience difficulties in expressing their opinion in written form. The condition above had been examined by using quasi-experimental study with non-equivalent control group design, and using Pre-test and Post-test instrument for gaining the data. Based on the study result and the discussion of this study, it can be conclude that the result of control class average value is 76.36 meanwhile experiment class is 82.92 and it shows that the value of experiment class where write around method is applied is higher than another class which does not use write around method. Furthermore, based on the result of statistical calculation it is obtained 0,171 which is meant Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore “the effectiveness of using write around method in increasing Arabic writing skill of students in XI class at MAN 1 Bandung year 2014-2015” is accepted.
