Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Pasundan 1 Bandung pada kelas XI IIS untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dengan subyek penelitian yaitu XI IIS 3 dan XI IIS 4. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode guided disovery learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dilihat dari kemandirian belajar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut alasan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pada tingkat kemandirian belajar metode discovery learning dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desain faktorial 2x2. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar observasi dan tes sedangkan untuk kemandirian belajar dengan menggunakan angket. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji paired t test sample, independent sample t test dan ANOVA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode guided discovery learning, (2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode guided discovery learning,(3) Penggunaan metode guided discovery learning dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki kemandirian tinggi. Kata kunci : Metode Guided Discovery Learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, Kemandirian Belajar This research was conducted in SMA Pasundan 1 Bandung in class XI IIS to determine the ability of creative thinking of students with research subjects XI IIS 3 and XI IIS 4. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect disovery guided learning methods in the ability to think creatively views of independent learning. Based on this reason this research is to determine the level of learning independence discovery learning method can affect the ability to think creatively. The design study is a 2x2 factorial design with research subject is class XI IIS 3 and XI IIS 4. Data was collected through observation and test, while for self regulated learning using a questionnaire. The hypothesis tested using parametric statistic, paired sample t test , independent sample t test and ANOVA. The results showed there were : (1) There are differences in the ability of creative thinking of students before and after learning by using guided discovery learning in the experimental class, (2) There are differences in the ability of creative thinking of students before and after the lecture in the classroom learning methods of control, (3) The use of guided discovery learning method can affect the ability to think creatively on a group of students who have high self regulation.
