Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 11 Bandung mengenai pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan kesulitan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kebiasaan belajar siswa, gambaran kesulitan belajar siswa, gambaran prestasi belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar, pengaruh kesulitan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan kesulitan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMA Negeri 11 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 11 Bandung tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 204 siswa, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik Simple Random Sampling. Data kebiasaan belajar dan kesulitan belajar siswa diperoleh dari penyebaran angket kepada siswa sedangkan data prestasi belajar siswa diperoleh dari dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi ganda dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan program software SPSS V.20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan belajar secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, kesulitan belajar secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan secara simultan kebiasaan belajar dan kesulitan belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Gambaran kebiasaan belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, kesulitan belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil besarnya pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan kesulitan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 74,13% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diharapkan siswa dapat meningkatkan kebiasaan belajarnya serta mampu mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dialami sehingga siswa mampu memperoleh prestasi belajar yang lebih baik lagi. This research which was conducted at SMAN 11 Bandung is about the effect of study habits and learning difficulties toward student’s achievement of learning on accounting. The purpose of this research is to figure out the study habits of the students, the great line of student's learning difficulties, the illustration of student achievement and to determine the effect of study habits toward student’s learning achievement, learning difficulties that influence the learning achievement and to determine the effect of study habits and learning difficulties on student's achievement in accounting subject at SMAN 11 Bandung. The method that’s used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The population is the entire students of XI IPS SMAN 11 Bandung batch 2013/2014, amounting to 204 students, while the samples used in this research is 135 students. Technique used in the sample taking is Simple Random Sampling Technique. The data of study habits and learning difficulties of the students is obtained from the questionnaires that filled by the students while the data of student's achievement obtained from the document. The analysis of the data in this research using multiple correlation while the data is processed by using the software program of SPSS v.20 for windows. The result of this research showed that the study habits giving partial positive effect toward student’s achievement, learning difficulties giving partial negative effect toward student’s achievement, and simultaneously the study habits and learning difficulties giving impacts to the student’s achievement. The overview of the study habits of the students is at the high category. According to the data analysis that has been done, obtained results of the influence of the study habits and learning difficulties toward student’s achievement as big as 74.13% while the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on this research, students are expected to improve study habits and be able to overcome the learning difficulties so that the students are able to obtain better learning achievement.
