Abstract

Sumber belajar merupakan salah satu komponen yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Sumber belajar ada yang berbentuk pesan, manusia, bahan, peralatan, teknik/metode, lingkungan. Pemanfaatan lingkungan dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengunjunginya, membawanya kedalam kelas, dan dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar. Keberadaan hutan wisata Situ Kabuyutan memiliki potensi sebagai sumber belajar. Peneliti mengkaji tentang pemanfaatan hutan wisata Situ Kabuyutan sebagai sumber belajar di SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Garut . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Mengidentifikasi Jenis – jenis sumber belajar yang digunakan oleh guru. 2) Mengetahui pengetahuan Guru tentang sumber belajar 3) Mengetahui penggunaan Hutan Wisata Situ Kabuyutan sebagai sumber belajar. 4) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemanfaatan Hutan Wisata Situ Kabuyutan . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi Guru Geografi SMA di Kabupaten Garut dan sampel areal sampling diambil secara acak. variabel, sumber belajar. Instrumen yang digunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Guru mata pelajaran geografi menggunakan jenis – jenis sumber belajar. Kebanyakan menggunakan sumber/buku dan filem/video. (2) Guru geografi memahami dan meliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan sumber belajar, (3) Sebagian besar guru mengetahui hutan wisata situ kabuyutan dapat dijadikanya sebagai sumber belajar, (4) Faktor pendukung terdapatnya sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas yang tersedia, dan kondisi fisik. Faktor penghambat diantaranya keterbatasan waktu dan obyek yang saling berjauhan. Dengan demikian hutan wisata situ kabuyutan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar geografi. Kata Kunci: Sumber Belajar, Hutan Wisata Situ Kabuyutan, pembelajaran Learning resource is one of the components that determine the success of learning. The learning resources can be form as message, human, materials, equipments, technique/method, or environment. The ways of using the environment can be done by visiting, taking to the class, and making it as a learning resources. The existence of Situ Kabuyutan has a potential to be a learning resource. The researcher studies about the utilization of Situ Kabuyutan jungle tour as high school learning resources in geography subject at Garut Regency. The purposes of this research are 1) To identify the types of learning resources that used by geography teachers in Garut Regency. 2) To know about teachers’ knowledge in learning resources at Garut Regency public high school. 3) To know the used of Situ Kabuyutan jungle tour as learning resources by geography teachers in Garut Regency public high school. 4) To know the supporting and inhibiting factors about the utilization of Situ Kabuyutan jungle tour. This research is using descriptive method. The population includes all of geography teachers in Garut Regency high school and area sampling sample which is taken randomly. The variable is learning resources. The instruments that is used in this research are documentation, interview, and questionnaire. The technique to analysis the data is using percentage. The result of this research shows that 1) The teachers in geography subject is using many types of learning resources in every learning activity. Most of them are using book, film, or video, 2) Geography teacher is understood and they have provisions in using the learning resources, 3) Most of the teachers know about Situ Kabuyutan jungle tour can be a learning resources, 4) The supporting factors are the availability of infrastructure and facility, also physical condition. The inhibiting factors including the limited of time and object are apart. Therefore, Situ Kabuyutan jungle tour can be a learning resources of geography.
