    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa serta mengetahui seberapa besar nilai efektivitas model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa kelas SMK Negeri 15 Bandung pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar perhotelan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 68 siswa (34 siswa kelas X perhotelan II, dan 34 siswa kelas X perhotelan III) yang diposisikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi experimental dengan desian penelitian Nonequitvalent control grup design. Data kepercayaan diri siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket berjumlah 20 penyataan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 31.0. Hasil penelitian ini menginformasikasikan bahwa model pembelajaran think pair share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa. Lebih lanjut, nilai efektivitas model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) memiliki efek yang kecil terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa. This study aims to determine the effect of the think pair share (TPS) learning model on students' self-confidence and to determine the effectiveness of the think pair share (TPS) learning model on the self-confidence of students in class X of SMK Negeri 15 Bandung in the subject of basics of hospitality. This study involved 68 students (34 students of class X Hospitality II and 34 students of class X Hospitality III) who served as research subjects. The research method used was a quasi-experimental study with a nonequitvalent control group design. Data on student self-confidence were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 20 statements. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 31.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the think pair share learning model has a significant effect on student self-confidence. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the think-pair-share (TPS) learning model had little effect on student self-confidence.
