    ABSTRAK PENGGUNAAN MEDIA BIG BOOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENYIMAK ANAK USIA DINI Eka Tria Nurjanah 2208896 Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya masalah kemampuan menyimak anak di kelompok B, yaitu adanya masalah mengenai rendahnya kemampuan anak dalam kemampuan menyimak pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam upaya memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan penggunaan media big book untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak pada anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian anak kelompok B TK An-Nurjannah sebanyak 15 anak. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan tindakan sebanyak dua siklus, pencapaian belajar anak dari data awal sampai siklus II dikatakan meningkat. Pada hasil Pra Siklus, masih belum terdapat kemampuan menyimak yang baik pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas, pada siklus I, sudah menunjukkan adanya perubahan pada anak-anak di kelas, terlihat beberapa anak sudah mampu memiliki sikap fokus akan pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru dan pada siklus II, semua indikator tercapai dan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang baik. Pada hasil Pra Siklus tentang aktivitas anak, jumlah anak yang termasuk pada kriteria baik pada siklus I, sebanyak, dan pada siklus II,. Pada hasil penelitian tindakan kelas anak yang mencapai target yang telah ditentukan, kemampuan menyimak anak mengalami peningkatan yang baik. This research was conducted in an effort to improve the learning process by implementing the use of big book media to improve children's listening skills. The research method used is the classroom research method (CAR) with 15 children as research subjects in group B of An-Nurjannah Kindergarten. Based on the results of the implementation of the action for two cycles, the learning achievement of children from the initial data to cycle II is said to have increased. In the results of the Pre-Cycle, there is still no good listening ability during teaching and learning activities in class, in cycle I, it has shown changes in children in the class, it can be seen that some children have been able to have a focused attitude towards the learning delivered by the teacher and in cycle II, all indicators are achieved and show a good improvement.
