Abstract
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh manusia merupakan mahluk sosial mahluk sosial ini tidak luput dari permasalahan yang muncul dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Saat ini banyak bermunculan kasus konflik di kalangan masyarakat terutama dikalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Menurut data KPAI dari rentang 2011-2019 terdapat 37.381 Pengaduan kekerasan terhadap anak. Untuk bullying baik di sekolah maupun sosial media mencapai 2.473 laporan dan trenya terus meningkat tiap tahunnya. Maka dari itu siswa perlunya memiliki keterampilan resolusi konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan resolusi konflik yang di miliki siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterampilan resolusi konflik dan mendeskripsikan peranan guru dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan resolusi konflik siswa. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini di lakukan kepada siswa kelas IV SDN 263 Rancaloa. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan sebagai keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterampilan resolusi konflik siswa kelas IV sudah ada namun masih harus dikembangkan lagi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keterampilan resolusi konflik siswa diantaranya kemampuan orientasi, kemampuan persepsi, kemampuan emosi, kemampuan komunikasi dan kemampuan berfikir kritis. Dalam pengembangan keterampilan resolusi konflik siswa SD guru sangat berperan penting salah satunya dalam faktor penyempaian meteri pembelajaran IPS. ---- This research is based on the fact that humans are social creatures, these social creatures are not free from problems that arise in everyday life. Currently, there are many cases of conflict in society, especially among elementary school students. According to KPAI data from 2011-2019, there were 37,381 complaints of violence against children. For bullying both in schools and on social media, there were 2,473 reports and the trend continues to increase every year. Therefore, students need to have conflict resolution skills. This study aims to analyze the conflict resolution skills possessed by fourth grade elementary school students, identify factors that influence conflict resolution skills and describe the role of teachers in facilitating the development of students' conflict resolution skills. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted on fourth grade students of SDN 263 Rancaloa. Data processing was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions as decisions. The results of the study showed that the conflict resolution skills of fourth grade students already existed but still needed to be developed further. Many factors influence students' conflict resolution skills, including orientation skills, perception skills, emotional skills, communication skills and critical thinking skills. In developing elementary school students' conflict resolution skills, teachers play a very important role, one of which is in the delivery of social studies learning materials.
