Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan guru di dalam kelas. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui Gambaran kepemimpinan guru, Gambaran motivasi belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan guru di dalam kelas terhadap meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioer dengan sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Bedasarkan hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan Weight Means Score (WMS), variabel kepemimpinan guru memperoleh nilai 3,51 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik an variabel motivasi belajar siswa memperoleh nilai 3,47 yang termasuk dalam kateori sangat baik. Hasil perhitungan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan yang linear. Hasil pengujia koefisien diterminasi diperoleh sebesar 55%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa konribusi kepemimpinan guru sebesar 55% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji signifikansi korelasi dengan uji-t mempeoleh nilai 9,944 > 1,664 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Kemudian, pada hasil analisis regresi diperoleh Y ̂ = 12,929 + 0,741X yang berarti setiap penambahan satu poin pada kualitas layanan Pendidikan makan akan meningkatkan pula kepuasan orang tua peserta didik sebesar 0,741. Dengan demikian, simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi. This research was conducted to find out how teacher leadership is in the classroom.The aim of this study is to understand the depiction of teacher leadership, the depiction of student learning motivation, and to determine the extent of the influence of teacher leadership in the classroom on improving student learning motivation at SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, and the data collection technique involves questionnaires with a sample of 83 respondents. Based on the results of the general tendency calculation using Weight Means Score (WMS), the teacher leadership variable received a score of 3.51, categorized as very good, while the student learning motivation variable received a score of 3.47, also categorized as very good. The results of the normality test and linearity test show that variable X and variable Y are normally distributed and have a linear relationship. The coefficient testing results are determined. The contribution obtained is 55%. This indicates that the contribution of teacher leadership is 55%, while the remaining 45% is influenced by other factors. The significance test results with the t-test obtained a value of 9.944 > 1.664, which means there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. Furthermore, the regression analysis yielded Ŷ = 12.929 + 0.741X, which means that every increase of one point in the quality of educational services will also increase the satisfaction of parents of students by 0.741. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that Teacher Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Motivation at SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi
