    Abstract

    Gerakan Boikot, Divestasi, dan Sanksi (BDS) merupakan gerakan yang dilakukan oleh warga Palestina untuk memberikan tekanan kepada Israel. Gerakan boikot, divestasi, dan sanksi diserukan secara luas melalui media sosial. Di Indonesia gerakan boikot, divestasi, dan sanksi memiliki akun media sosial yang unggahannya membahas seputar gerakan boikot, divestasi, dan sanksi di media sosial X dan Instagram. Unggahan media sosial dapat memunculkan banyak reaksi komentar dari pengguna media sosial. Banyaknya komentar yang diterima menyulitkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sentimen pengguna secara kesuluruhan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen komentar pada unggahan media sosial X dan Instagram milik akun gerakan boikot, divestasi, dan sanksi Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagi unggahan media sosial X dan Instagram kedalam pendekatan proses komunikasi Mar’at, yakni unggahan rasional dan emosional. Proses analisis sentimen diawali dengan tahapan pengumpulan data sebanyak 29.585 baris data, preprocessing, training model, dan evaluasi model. Hasil evaluasi model BiLSTM memperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 92%. Kemudian model BiLSTM digunakan untuk proses analisis sentimen komentar pada unggahan media sosial yang telah dikategorikan ke rasional dan emosional. Hasil analisis sentimen unggahan rasional dan emosional secara kolekif dominan menunjukan sentimen netral. -------- The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement is a movement carried out by Palestinians to put pressure on Israel. The boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement is widely called for through social media. In Indonesia, the boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement has a social media account whose posts discuss the boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement on social media X and Instagram. Social media posts can generate many comments from social media users. The large number of comments received makes it difficult to determine the overall user sentiment. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the sentiment of comments on social media posts X and Instagram belonging to the Indonesian boycott, divestment, and sanctions movement account. The study was conducted by dividing social media posts X and Instagram into the Mar'at communication process approach, namely rational and emotional posts. The sentiment analysis process began with the stages of data collection of 29,585 rows of data, preprocessing, model training, and model evaluation. The results of the BiLSTM model evaluation obtained an accuracy value of 92%. The BiLSTM model was then used to analyze the sentiment of comments on social media posts that had been categorized as rational and emotional. The results of the sentiment analysis of rational and emotional posts collectively showed a predominantly neutral sentiment.
