Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) di SMAN 12 Bandung dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Program GLS di SMAN 12 Bandung diimplementasikan sejak tahun 2022 sebagai respons terhadap rendahnya minat baca siswa dan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan literasi serta numerasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara dengan Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Koordinator Literasi Sekolah, Guru, serta Siswa sebagai informan dan didukung studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan Evaluasi CIPP menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan GLS di SMAN 12 Bandung menunjukkan kesesuaian yang baik pada dimensi context, input, process, dan product. Program GLS berdampak positif pada peningkatan keterampilan membaca, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta pemahaman siswa terhadap tugas akademik. Modul ajar yang terintegrasi literasi dan strategi pembelajaran berbasis literasi internet turut meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, GLS di SMAN 12 Bandung telah berhasil meningkatkan motivasi, keterampilan, dan prestasi akademik siswa, membentuk karakter kritis, terbuka, dan bijak dalam menghadapi informasi. This research aims to evaluate the School Literacy Movement (GLS) Program at SMAN 12 Bandung in improving the quality of learning. The evaluation was conducted using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The GLS program at SMAN 12 Bandung was implemented since 2022 as a response to the low reading interest of students and the need to improve literacy and numeracy. The research approach used is descriptive with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were interviews with the Vice Principal for Curriculum, School Literacy Coordinator, Teachers, and Students as informants and supported by documentation studies. Based on the CIPP Evaluation, it shows that the implementation of GLS at SMAN 12 Bandung shows a good fit in the context, input, process, and product dimensions. The GLS program has a positive impact on improving reading skills, critical thinking skills, and students' understanding of academic tasks. Literacy-integrated teaching modules and internet literacy-based learning strategies also improved the quality of learning. Overall, GLS at SMAN 12 Bandung has succeeded in increasing students' motivation, skills, and academic achievement, forming critical, open, and wise characters in dealing with information.
