Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya berkebhinekaan global pada siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan siswa masih sering mengejek temannya yang memiliki perbedaan budaya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman siswa terkait keragaman budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis ESD untuk meningkatkan dimensi berkebhinekaan global pada materi keragaman budaya siswa fase B sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Design and Development (D&D) dengan model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan validasi ahli dan tes dengan analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Bahan ajar “Kenari” berbasis ESD ini disusun menjadi dua bab yang didalamnya memperhatikan aspek serta prinsip ESD yang diintegrasikan dengan materi keragaman budaya. Hasil validasi ahli pada bahan ajar “Kenari” berbasis ESD ini yaitu memperoleh kategori “Sangat Layak”. Adapun peningkatan berkebhinekaan global memperoleh uji coba perbedaan terhadap skor N-Gain dengan kategori tinggi. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar “Kenari” berbasis ESD ini dapat meningkatkan dimensi berkebhinekaan global pada siswa fase B sekolah dasar. This research is motivated by the low level of global diversity in students, which is indicated by students still bullying their friends who have cultural differences. This is caused by students' lack of understanding of Indonesia's cultural diversity. This research aims to develop ESD-based teaching materials to improve global diversity in the material of cultural diversity of phase B elementary school students. The method used in this research is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The data collection techniques carried out were expert validation and tests with data analysis carried out, namely quantitative and qualitative data analysis. This ESD-based “Kenari” teaching material is organized into two chapters in which it pays attention to the aspects and principles of ESD which are integrated with cultural diversity material. The results of expert validation on this ESD-based “Kenari” teaching material are in the "Very Feasible" category. The increase in global diversity obtained a difference test on the N-Gain score in the "High" category. Therefore, this ESD-based “Kenari” teaching material can increase global diversity in phase B elementary school students.
