    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Peran Guru Penggerak dalam Mewujudkan Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Se-Kecamatan Baleendah”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan mengetahui pengaruh peran Guru Penggerak terhadap pembentukan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling yaitu sebanyak 176 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Weight Means Score (WMS) untuk variabel X (Peran Guru Penggerak) memperoleh hasil sebesar 3,10 yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan variabel Y (Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila) memperoleh hasil sebesar 3,38 yang berada di kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengolahan data koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,409 yang artinya peran Guru Penggerak memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang cukup kuat dengan pembentukan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai sebesar (5,912 > 1,654) artinya Ha diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara peran Guru Penggerak dengan pembentukan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa peran Guru Penggerak ditentukan sebesar 16,7% terhadap pembentukan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Kemudian hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 29,613 + 0,408X yang artinya setiap penambahan poin peran Guru Penggerak maka akan diikuti dengan pembentukan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila sebesar 0,408. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Peran Guru Penggerak dalam Mewujudkan Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Se-Kecamatan Baleendah. This research is entitled "The Influence of the Guru Penggerak’s role in realizing the character of Pancasila Student Profile in Junior High School of Baleendah District". The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and determine Guru Penggerak’s role on character of Pancasila Student Profile. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include surveys or questionnaires, with a sample size determined through proportionate stratified random sampling, totaling 176 respondents. Based on the results of data processing using Weight Means Score (WMS) for variable X (Guru Penggerak’s role) obtained a result of 3,10 which is in the very good category. While variable Y (The character of Pancasila Student Profiles) obtained a result of 3.38 which is in the very good category. The results of data processing of the correlation coefficient are 0,409 which means that Guru Penggerak’s role has a fairly strong correlation or relationship with character of Pancasila Student Profile. The significance test results obtained a value of (5,912 > ,.654) means that Ha is accepted, namely there is a positive and significant relationship between Guru Penggerak’s role and character of Pancasila Student Profile. The results of the determination test found that Guru Penggerak’s role is determined by 16.7% of character Pancasila Student Profile and the rest is determined by other factors. Then the results of simple regression analysis obtained the equation Ŷ = 29,613 + 0,408X which means that every additional point of Guru Penggerak’s role will be followed by an increase character of Pancasila Student Profile by 0,408. This study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the Guru Penggerak’s role in realizing the character of Pancasila Student Profile in Junior High School of Baleendah District.
