    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak penerapan metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam bentuk uraian. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan uji paired simple t-test dan independent simple t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen antara sebelum dan setelah diterapkan metode inkuiri terbimbing. (2) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik antara kelas eksperimen yang diberikan metode inkuiri terbimbing dengan kelas kontrol. This study aims to investigate the impact of the implementation of guided inquiry learning methods on students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The instrument used is a critical thinking ability test in the form of a description. The hypothesis was tested using the paired simple t-test and independent simple t-test. The results of the study showed: (1) there is a difference in students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class between before and after the guided inquiry method was implemented. (2) there is a difference in students' critical thinking skills between the experimental class given the guided inquiry method and the control class.
