    Abstract

    Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan permasalahan keterampilan menulis siswa
    kelas 8 SMPN 1 Parongpong yang rendah, salah satu penyebabnya karena grammar
    mastery yang kurang. Hal ini menunjukkan ketidaktercapaian tujuan pembelajaran
    yang seharusnya dicapai khususnya grammar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
    menganalisis perbedaan antara penggunaan Teknik Mistake Buster Berbantuan AI
    Writing Grammarly dengan ceramah berbantuan ebook terhadap kemampuan
    Grammar mastery siswa sehingga mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Mistake
    Buster berbantuan Grammarly. Penelitian juga membahas pengaruh dalam tiga
    aspek meliputi word, phrase dan sentence. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan
    kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen melalui implementasi desain quasi-
    eksperimen dengan non-equivalent control group design. Penelitian melibatkan
    populasi siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Parongpong. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan
    cluster random sampling dan mengambil sebanyak dua kelas sebagai kelompok
    eksperimen dan kontrol. Grammar mastery berfokus pada aspek word, phrase dan
    sentence dan diuji melalui penggunaan instrumen tes isian singkat. Analisis data
    menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji non-parametrik.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh penggunaan Teknik Mistake Buster
    Berbantuan AI Writing Grammarly terhadap kemampuan Grammar mastery. Hasil
    ini juga terlihat pada ketiga aspek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh
    penggunaan Teknik Mistake Buster Berbantuan AI Writing Grammarly
    berpengaruh pada aspek word. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan ada
    pengaruh penggunaan Teknik Mistake Buster Berbantuan AI Writing Grammarly
    berpengaruh pada aspek phrase. Lalu ada pengaruh penggunaan Teknik Mistake
    Buster Berbantuan AI Writing Grammarly berpengaruh pada aspek sentence. The research was carried out based on the problem of low writing skills of grade 8
    students at SMPN 1 Parongpong, one of the causes being lack of grammar mastery.
    This shows that the learning objectives that should be achieved, especially
    grammar, have not been achieved. This research aims to analyze the difference
    between the use of the Mistake Buster Technique assisted by AI Writing Grammarly
    and lectures assisted by ebooks on students' Grammar mastery abilities so as to
    find out the effect of using Mistake Buster assisted by Grammarly. The research
    also discusses the influence in three aspects including word, phrase and sentence.
    The research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods through the
    implementation of a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group
    design. The research involved a population of class VIII students at SMPN 1
    Parongpong. The sample was selected using cluster random sampling and took two
    classes as the experimental and control groups. Grammar mastery focuses on
    aspects of words, phrases and sentences and is tested through the use of short fill-
    in test instruments. Data analysis uses descriptive and inferential statistics using
    non-parametric tests. The results of the research show that there is an influence of
    using the Mistake Buster Technique assisted by AI Writing Grammarly on
    Grammar mastery abilities. These results are also seen in all three aspects. The
    results of the research show that there is an effect of using the Mistake Buster
    Technique assisted by AI Writing Grammarly on the word aspect. Apart from that,
    the research results also show that there is an influence of using the Mistake Buster
    Technique assisted by AI Writing Grammarly on the phrase aspect. Then there is
    the influence of using the Mistake Buster Technique assisted by AI Writing
    Grammarly on the sentence aspect.
