Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji keefektifan pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Pasundan Banjaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar yang digunakan oleh guru kelas 10 dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Pasundan Banjaran. Sekolah tersebut merupakan sekolah menengah atas pertama di kecamatan Banjaran yang menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka dan belum memiliki guru penggerak pada Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 Tahap I. Kemudian, pemanfaatan dan pengoperasian Platform Merdeka Mengajar belum dilakukan dengan maksimal sehingga perlunya menganalisis pemanfaatan platform tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini adalah belum efektif sepenuhnya pemanfaatan platform digital Merdeka Mengajar untuk pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Pasundan Banjaran. Kurikulum Merdeka telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku dan menyesuaikan dengan visi serrta misi sekolah sehingga tujuan sekolah dan Kurikulum Merdeka saling mendukung dalam implementasinya namun SMA Pasundan Banjaran belum menerapkan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dengan berbagai pertimbangan. Pemanfaatan platform dan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka tidak terlepas dari faktor internal dan eksternal pengguna yang ditemukan oleh peneliti. Kemudian, penggunaannya dapat menimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif bagi diri sendiri maupun lingkungan sekeliling pengguna dalam pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar. This study examines the effectiveness of utilizing Merdeka Mengajar Platform in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at Pasundan Banjaran High School. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform used by grade 10 teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at Pasundan Banjaran High School. The school is the first senior high school in the Banjaran sub-district that implements the Merdeka Curriculum and does not yet have a Guru Penggerak in the 2022/2023 Phase I Academic Year. Then, the utilization and operation of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has not been carried out optimally, so it is necessary to analyze the utilization of the platform. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using the DeLone and McLean information system success model. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The finding of this study is that the utilization of Merdeka Mengajar digital platform for the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at Pasundan Banjaran High School has not been fully effective. The Merdeka Curriculum has been implemented based on applicable regulations and adjusts to the school's vision and mission so that the school goals and Merdeka Curriculum support each other in its implementation, but Pasundan Banjaran High School has not implemented Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) with various considerations. The utilization of the platform and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum are inseparable from the internal and external factors of users found by researchers. Then, its use can have positive and negative impacts on oneself and the environment around the user in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform.
