Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Pencapaian Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa pada Materi Perkembangan Teori Atom Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, mengembangkan KBKr siswa pada masing-masing sub indikator. Model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk aktif mencari dan mengolah informasi dalam menemukan konsep, sehingga KBKr siswa dapat lebih berkembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan design penelitian Posttest Only One Group Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 1 kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang, pada salah satu SMA di kota Subang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan postes, LKS, pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, pencapaian KBKr kelompok tinggi memperoleh pencapaian yang sangat baik pada sub indikator merumuskan pertanyaan, mengemukakan hipotesis, memberikan penjelasan prinsip dasar, dan memberikan hasil uji hipotesis serta pencapaian baik terdapat pada indikator melaporkan hasil penelusuran, menyebutkan contoh, dan mengemukakan kesimpulan. Pencapaian KBKr kelompok sedang dengan pencapaian yang sangat baik pada sub indikator mengemukakan hipotesis, memberikan penjelasan prinsip dasar, dan memberikan hasil uji hipotesis, pencapaian tergolong baik pada indikator merumuskan pertanyaan, pencapaian tergolong cukup pada indikator melaporkan hasil penelusuran, pencapaian tergolong kurang pada indikator menyebutkan contoh aplikasi dan mengemukakan kesimpulan. Pencapaian KBKr kelompok rendah dengan pencapaian yang sangat baik pada sub indikator memberikan hasil penelusuran dan memberikan hasil uji hipotesis, pencapaian tergolong baik pada indikator merumuskan pertanyaan dan mengemukakan hipotesis, pencapaian tergolong cukup pada indikator melaporkan hasil penelusuran, pencapaian tergolong kurang pada indikator menyebutkan contoh aplikasi dan mengemukakan kesimpulan. Pencapaian KBKr siswa secara keseluruhan tergolong baik dengan persentase 70,34 %. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. The purpose of this study is, to develop of critical thinking skills students in each sub- indicator. Inquiry learning can provide opportunities for students to actively seek and process information in finding the concept, so that students can more developed of critical thinking skills. The method used is descriptive research with Posttest Only One Group Design. Sample of the research is thirty five of students experiment, at one high school in the town of Subang. The collection of data techniques using posttest, worksheets, interview and observation sheet. Based on the results of data processing, high achievement group of critical thinking skills obtain excellent achievement in the sub-indicators to formulate questions, put forward the hypothesis, to explain the basic principles, and provide the results of hypothesis testing and good achievement indicators contained in the report search results, cite examples, and suggested conclusions. Achievement of critical thinking skills moderate group with an excellent achievement in the sub-indicators put forward a hypothesis, to explain the basic principles, and provide the results of hypothesis testing, relatively good achievement on indicators to formulate the question, is quite the achievement indicators report the search results, the achievement of relatively less on indicators mentioned examples application and express conclusions.
