    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran e-learning yang baru dilaksanakan secara full
    online secara asynchronous dan synchronous di Pusdiklatbangprof Kesos Jakarta. Penelitian
    ini merupakan studi evaluasi terhadap kualitas proses implementasi kurikulum Training of
    Trainer Pencegahan dan Penanganan Stunting Berbasis E-learning bagi Widyaiswara yang
    telah dilaksanakan di Pusat Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Profesi Kesejahteraan
    Sosial Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi implementasi
    kurikulum sehingga memperoleh gambaran kualitas kurikulum Training of Trainer
    Pencegahan dan Penanganan Stunting berbasis E-learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan
    pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluasi dan model evaluasi CIPP. Teknik pengumpulan
    data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian
    menunjukkan bahwa kualitas Implementasi Kurikulum ToT belum terlaksana dengan baik.
    Evaluasi dimensi konteks pengembangan kurikulum tidak mempertimbangkan aspek psikologi
    peserta pelatihan yang berdampak pada ketidaksesuaian pada Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan
    (CPL). Evaluasi dimensi masukan, kompetensi pengajar pada ToT masih perlu ditingkatkan,
    materi kurikulum ToT lebih menekankan pada dimensi isi daripada dimensi pengalaman
    belajar, heterogenitas kesiapan pada peserta ToT dalam pembelajaran berbasis e-learning.
    Evalusi dimensi proses, terlihat adanya keterbatasan internet, tidak adanya ruang interaksi
    antara peserta, berbedanya tingkat pemahaman peserta ToT dalam pembelajaran e-learning,
    dan manajeman waktu. Evaluasi dimensi produk, capaian pembelajaran hanya diukur dengan
    kompetensi subtantif.
    This research was motivated by e-learning which has just been implemented fully online
    asynchronously and synchronously at the Jakarta Social Welfare Education and Training
    Center. This research is an evaluation study of the quality of the implementation process of the
    E-learning-based Stunting Prevention and Handling Training of Trainers curriculum for
    Widyaiswara which has been implemented at the Jakarta Social Welfare Education, Training
    and Professional Development Center. This research aims to identify and evaluate curriculum
    implementation so as to obtain an overview of the quality of the E-learning based Stunting
    Prevention and Handling Training of Trainers curriculum. This research was conducted using
    a qualitative approach using the CIPP evaluation method and evaluation model. Data collection
    techniques used were interviews, observations and documentation studies. The research results
    show that the quality of ToT Curriculum Implementation has not been implemented well.
    Evaluation of the context dimensions of curriculum development does not consider the
    psychological aspects of trainees which have an impact on discrepancies in Graduate Learning
    Achievements (CPL). Evaluation of input dimensions, teacher competency in ToT still needs
    to be improved, ToT curriculum materials emphasize more on the content dimension rather
    than the learning experience dimension, heterogeneity of readiness among ToT participants in
    e-learning based learning. Evaluation of the process dimensions shows that there are limited
    internet, no space for interaction between participants, different levels of understanding of ToT
    participants in e-learning, and time management. Evaluation of product dimensions, learning
    outcomes are only measured by substantive competencies.
